I reconstructed her entire upper arch using customized porcelain crowns crafted by Paulo Batistella at @codewhiteboutiquelab. Hints of pink porcelain were used on the left posterior area to balance the display of teeth x gingiva. There’s a lot of beauty in symmetry.

This gorgeous patient wanted to improve the size, alignment and color of her teeth.
I first started treatment planning this case by referring her to a trusted orthodontist to correct a chewing pattern interference. Which caused her to continuously chip her two front porcelain crowns.
After about 13 months she returned to my office and we started the process of designing a smile to better fit her face. A set of twelve customized porcelain restorations ( veneers and crowns ) were crafted to bring more light and balance to her face.

Great conservative case combining Invisalign and professional teeth whitening.
The treatment took over a year because the patient had a combination of posterior and anterior cross bite. His dentition was starting to deteriorate due to the colliding pattern of the occlusion. That is where Invisalign came in to correct teeth position and promote dental longevity.
Patient was very compliant and is wearing clear retainers for maintenance nightly.

This just happened. Patient was out at brunch and while biting a bagel with her front teeth , the restoration on the lateral broke in half. Since these are composite veneers I was able to complete the repair in one visit using composite bonding material.
I always tell my patients to avoid tearing anything with their front teeth in order to avoid unwanted fractures. And some food items should be cut in small pieces prior to eating it. Teeth and dental restorations aren’t invincible.

Very challenging implant case replacing a missing lateral. My periodontist did a fantastic job with the gum grafting to minimize any metal show through at the gum line. Once everything was healed I placed a porcelain crown over a zirconium custom abutment on the implant.
